Clinically, the Unit uses the latest in Intensive Care technology and therapeutics, including an ICU-based Echo / ultrasound service, invasive (and minimally invasive) haemodynamic monitoring as well as SLEDDf and CRRT.

A highly developed, state-of-the art bedside computerised Clinical Information System enables the best of clinical care, as well as audit, research and teaching information.
